We want to do everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful experience picking out and using a wedge pillow!

We have tried to provide extensive information on each of our wedge pillows. Please make sure you have chosen the wedge pillow you need before you purchase. Take time to look at the measurements, pictures, and write-ups and always reach out to us if you have any questions:

Our customer's safety and health is our number one priority. Due to our stringent sanitation standards, health department regulations, and our desire to uphold the highest quality and safety values for our customers, once a pillow of any kind has been shipped, it can no longer be accepted for return. All pillow sales are final. This is to ensure our customers that the pillows they receive are brand new, straight from the manufacturer.

Pillowcases and Pillow covers can be returned as long as they meet the following standards:
-Return is initiated within 30 days of purchase
-Pillowcase/cover is in the original packaging
-Pillowcase/cover is in brand new condition (free of hair, stains, odors, perfumes)

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping

Additionally, we gladly accept the returns of:
-Defective products due to manufacturing error
i. Must be reported within 72 hours of receiving item
-Fulfillment mistakes (you received the incorrect item)
i. Must be reported within 72 hours of receiving item

Please note that the customer is NOT responsible for return shipping in the case of a manufacturing error or fulfillment mistake.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once you are approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you would like to initiate a refund or exchange, please reach out to us at to obtain pre-approval and explain your reasons for returning or exchanging. One of our friendly customer service representatives will then walk you through the return or exchange process once your return has been approved.


If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to the credit.
