Returns
We want to do everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful experience picking out and using a wedge pillow!

We have tried to provide extensive information on each of our wedge pillows. Please make sure you have chosen the wedge pillow you need before you purchase. Take time to look at the measurements, pictures, and write-ups and always reach out to us if you have any questions: support@wedgepillowsolutions.com.

We gladly accept the returns of:
-Defective products due to manufacturing error
i. Must be reported within 72 hours of receiving item
-Fulfillment mistakes (you received the incorrect item)
i. Must be reported within 72 hours of receiving item
-Items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them in.

If you received the correct item but would like to exchange it for reasons other than our error, you may do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. In this case, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. You will be refunded once your unused item has been received and approved.

We take our customer’s safety very seriously! Because wedge pillows are personal care items, once used, they are not returnable for hygiene reasons. Because we do not accept any used returns, you can be confident knowing the pillows you receive will always be brand new!

Pillow and cushion products where the shrink-wrap has been broken, open, or tampered with may also not be returned due to health department regulations.

Discounts

If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to the credit.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

If your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Please hold onto all original packaging including the box the products came in.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once you are approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you would like to initiate a refund or exchange, please reach out to us at support@wedgepillowsolutions.com to obtain pre-approval and explain your reasons for returning or exchanging. One of our friendly customer service representatives will then walk you through the return or exchange process once your return has been approved.
